A *Tweet* Card

Another card to show you.

This one features a lovely tea cup & bird image.  I have no idea where this one is from, so if you recognize it and it is copyrighted, please let me know and I'll take it off.

The rose paper is one that I printed after downloading it from one of my favourite websites *Granny Enchanted*.

The sentiment is from *TLC* (link is in the sidebar)

Just a Note!

Hi there!

I'm here to show you my latest card.

This super cute image is *Pure Innocence #34* from Heather Ellis   

I coloured it with my Copics, then cut out the girl, ink & envelope separately.  I used my stylus to round out the images a bit, then stuck them down with 3D foam squares.  The little flowers are punched out then a small bead was added to the centres.... I coloured these with Copics too, as I didn't have any beads that were the right colour.  The sentiment is computer generated. Peach patterned paper is  from the S.E.I *Promise Me* collection - 6x6 pad.

Window Card

Here is the inspiration photo for this weeks Shabby Tea Room challenge #167

Participants are to create a card or project inspired by the colours in the photo and include a window.

This is my card, coloured with Copic markers...not sure if it really fits the requirements, it does have a window and some of the colours are there.  The flowers on the cushion and pictures on the wall are purple, but look more blue in the pics. There's lots of fussy cutting on this one.

Obviously I'm into scene cards at the moment.

New Blog Design....

.....again!

Hi Friends,

You may have noticed.......if you come here regularly, that my blog design has been changing almost daily.  I've been trying out some new designs & there are so many choices out there, which for me, makes it really hard to choose.  I finally settled on this one, hope you like it!  The background was a freebie, and I went to Canstock Photo & purchased the little birds for my divider and header.

*Home Sweet Home*

 My daughter & hubby recently moved into their new home, so I made a card for them.
It is a *scene* step card.  The elements that I used are from Trina Clark's 'Home Sweet Home' and 'Down Home' kits.  You should check out her website, she has a ton of 'stuff', and it is extremely reasonably priced. Right now, she has a special where you get 25% off if you spend $2. or more.

Warm Quilt

I made this card for no reason other than I felt like doing a *quilt* card.  I don't have one particular *favourite* colour, I like all colours, depending on what it is I'm using it for.  I do love the colours in these papers from *The Paper Studio*, *Countryside Villa* collection.  As you can see from the picture, my house is decorated in these colours too.

The reason I added the flower at the bottom left corner, is because I messed up with the stitching, so had to do something to cover it up, lol.

Sleepy Head

'morning all!

It's been a while since I posted any pictures of my Grandson.

He's 9 1/2 months old now and just about walking.  On Saturday he had a haircut - his second one already, and slept through the whole thing. 

The only time he isn't smiling is when he's sleeping!
