Patchwork *Just Because* Card

Good afternoon everyone!  I'm back with another card.

The approx. size is 6.25" x 4.5"

First I cut out 12 - 1.5" squares of designer paper, inked the edges and stuck them onto a piece of white card stock.  I then used my Spellbinders scalloped rectangle die to cut the shape.  Next I did the faux stitching around the edge of each square and added the ribbon.  I then layered it onto white, then pink card stock.  Next I added the buttons.  

Here's the paper I used.  I believe I found this at Walmart.

Here's the inside

I used the piece that was left over from the die, inked all the edges and rounded the corners.  I then cut two more of the same shape and added them to the centre.  

I made a matching envelope using my envelope punch board.

Grad 2015!

Hello there!

It's that time of year again - high school graduation that is.

Here's 3 cards that I made today.  They are all for boys, so tried to make them masculine.  The size is 4" x 7" and I made envelopes to match with my envelope punch board.  The grad caps are made following a you tube tutorial - here.

Hope you like them!

I draw lines with a soft pencil and ruler to help me keep my writing straight, it works well for me.

Onesie Favours!

Morning Friends!

My son & his wife are expecting their second child in the fall.  They are having a gender reveal party next week and I've been busy making favours for it.

I cut the onesies out with my Cricut *Tags, Bags, Boxes & More 2* cartridge, then embossed & decorated them.

There are 52 of them.

I think the black & white ones are my favourites

Owl Thank you!

Another owl card to share with you today.  I'm loving the Stampin' Up owl builder punch. I used a scallop circle punch for the wings.

Woo Hoo....it's an Owl Card!

Hello out there!

 I just received my order from Stampin' Up .....Woo Hoo!  Which meant that I had to go straight into my craft room & play with my new owl punch.  So, here is the card I came up with.

I also used my new word bubble die

Flower Pot Step Card

Hi Folks,

It's been a cool, rainy day here in Alberta today....a good day for scrappin'.

I've been working on some projects for an upcoming scrappy day with my friends.  I also decided to make a card.....

This is a flower pot card attached to a step card.  I made the *flowers* up as I went along.

The flower tag comes out and here is where you can write your message, or you could stamp something here and write your message on the back of the tag.
